Digital Competition images must be in JPEG format, sized to 1,024 pixels on longest side, and submitted by 11:59 PM on Monday prior to the monthly meeting.

Any manipulation is permitted.

Entrants must sign in by 7:15pm the night of the meeting and follow other regular rules of competition

Note - PhotoContestPro has made several changes lately. There is no longer a stand alone program to upload pictures. You have your choice of two methods for uploading. They are both only accessible on the website. The first can be accessed under the menu choice Upload Pictures. This is a Microsoft Silverlight application and requires the use of Internet Explorer. If you do not use Internet Explorer, you must use the web interface. This is available under Upload Pictures (Old).

No confirmations are sent upon upload. To confirm your pictures are there, simply close your browser then open the site again and log back in. If you can see the pictures they are successfully uploaded.

Additionally, several of you have requested photocontestpro.com accounts the day before pictures are due. Please remember that if you need a new account for Photocontestpro.com, you must request setup at least one week in advance of the due date (Monday Midnight before competition) in order to be guaranteed to be set up in time. Requests submitted after that time may not be setup in time to support the competition.
